Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Taggart Media Group LLC, doing business as HVAC Growth Machine (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the client (“Client” or “you”). By placing a deposit or engaging in services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
- HVAC-optimized WordPress website
- Integrated e-commerce functionality
- Instant online quote generator
- Email marketing automation design and integration
- Lead and revenue tracking setup
- Website hosting and maintenance support
2. Payment Terms
Total Cost: $4,999
Deposit: $250 (fully refundable until design approval)
Balance: $4,749 due upon final review and approval before launch
If payment is not received within 7 business days of final approval, we reserve the right to release your reserved service areas to other companies.
3. Monthly Maintenance Plan
Fee: $247/month
Includes hosting, unlimited content updates, bug fixes, and ongoing support.
Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
4. Third-Party Tools
You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining accounts for required tools such as Klaviyo and CallRail.
5. Ownership
Client will own the final website, marketing assets, and configurations after final payment has been made in full. Until final payment is received, we retain all rights to the assets.
6. Launch Conditions
- Final payment is received
- Site is fully reviewed and approved
- Client has provided all necessary access and content
7. Refunds
Refunds are not available after site launch. The $250 deposit is refundable only until the client has approved the initial design.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide required content, including logos, service details, service areas, images, pricing, and other materials. Delays beyond 10 business days may result in forfeiture of reserved territories and termination of the agreement.
9. Revisions & Feedback
You agree to provide design feedback within 3 business days of receiving deliverables.
No more than 4 rounds of revisions per page are included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
10. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, or return on investment. All services are provided as-is.
11. Warranties & Support
We offer 30 days of support after launch. Ongoing support is only provided if the monthly maintenance plan is active. We are not responsible for issues arising from client-side changes or third-party plugins.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HVAC Growth Machine or Taggart Media Group LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Service Area Protection
Territory protection applies to Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
14. Confidentiality & Data
We respect client confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy regulations. Your data is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
16. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
